I sent in an email requesting clarification on the difference between two Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses I was looking at and Derek responded promptly and professionally. I then called him and ordered the one he recommended. We then worked out the financing and timetable for delivery. I am excited to be sleeping on a new mattress and springs within a week.
